Welcome to LE PEACHY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lepeachy.com and purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please review them before completing a purchase.
ONLINE STORE
LE PEACHY operates an online retail store offering apparel, accessories, and related merchandise.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update products, collections, pricing, promotions, and website content at any time, subject to applicable law.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
PRODUCT INFORMATION

ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute acceptance of that order.
Where permitted by law, LE PEACHY reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment issues, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, product availability, or other legitimate business reasons.
If LE PEACHY cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
PRICING + ERRORS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Occasionally, typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate descriptions, inventory errors, or other mistakes may occur.
Where permitted by applicable law, LE PEACHY reserves the right to correct such errors and to cancel affected orders.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
PAYMENT
By submitting an order, you represent that the payment method used for the transaction is authorized for your use and that the billing, shipping, and payment information you provide is complete and accurate.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. LE PEACHY does not directly store complete payment card information.
Your use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
LE PEACHY reserves the right to cancel or hold an order when information associated with the transaction indicates possible fraud, unauthorized use, or other suspicious activity.
PAYMENT DISPUTES + CHARGEBACKS
If you experience an issue with an order, we encourage you to contact LE PEACHY at support@lepeachy.com so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used for the purchase is authorized for your use and that the billing and shipping information submitted with the order is accurate.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not alter or supersede LE PEACHY’s posted policies or, by itself, establish that a transaction was unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, LE PEACHY reserves the right to contest the dispute and provide relevant transaction information and supporting documentation to our payment processor, the issuing bank, card network, or other financial institution as permitted by applicable law.
Supporting documentation may include, where available:
- Order and transaction information
- Billing and shipping information provided at checkout
- Payment authorization and fraud-screening information
- IP address, device, or location information associated with the transaction
- Order confirmation and fulfillment records
- Shipping and tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communications relating to the order
- Product descriptions and photographs
- Applicable store policies in effect at the time of purchase
- Relevant prior transaction or order history
- Other information reasonably related to establishing the validity and fulfillment of the transaction
LE PEACHY reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our transaction and fulfillment records.
Where permitted by law, LE PEACHY also reserves the right to refuse or restrict future purchases associated with customers, accounts, addresses, or transactions reasonably associated with fraudulent activity, abusive payment disputes, or misuse of our services.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate payment-dispute, refund, or consumer-protection rights available under applicable law.
RETURNS + FINAL SALE
Unless otherwise expressly stated on an individual product page or required by applicable law, all LE PEACHY sales are final.
Please carefully review your order, product description, sizing information, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference regarding fit unless otherwise stated.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact support@lepeachy.com promptly so that we can review the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived.
SHIPPING + FULFILLMENT
Orders are typically processed within the timeframe stated in our Shipping + Returns Policy.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may occur that are outside LE PEACHY’s direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
LE PEACHY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

LOST, STOLEN + DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost while in transit, please contact us so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, investigated with the shipping carrier.
If a carrier investigation determines that a package was lost in transit, LE PEACHY will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.
LE PEACHY is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking information for their shipment.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that an address or other order information can be changed before fulfillment.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
